Ay (Moon) Commercial Citrus Juicer – Sapphire

The sapphire Ay (PA1-C5), "Moon" in English, is the dark-plated version of Maskot's flagship series. What sets Ay apart is its crescent-shaped base: the open front lets a jug or large glass sit right under the spout. An enlarged pressing chamber and a strainer with angled holes let the juice drain without spilling over.

With a 109 mm strainer and 43 mm chamber, each fruit half is pressed in a single stroke. Food-contact parts are 304 stainless steel and dishwasher safe. The black sapphire finish is for bars and cafés that want something darker than chrome on the counter. It is covered by Maskot's 5-year warranty.
