Ay (Moon) Commercial Citrus Juicer – Chrome

The chrome Ay (PA1-C3) is the polished version of the Moon series. Because the crescent-shaped base is open at the front, juice can go straight into a jug or serving container instead of a glass, which saves a step in cafés and kiosks with a steady queue.

An enlarged chamber, 109 mm strainer and 43 mm chamber depth press each half in one stroke, and the angled strainer holes drain the juice without overflow. Food-contact surfaces are 304 stainless steel and removable parts are dishwasher safe. The catalogue also lists gold, copper, rose-gold and sapphire finishes.
