Does Maskot make electric juicers?
No. Every Maskot juicer is a manual, lever-operated press.
Which fruits can I press?
Oranges, pomegranates, grapefruit, mandarins and lemons.
Which model is best for pomegranates?
The cast commercial series (PCA1) and Jumbo (PJ1) are recommended, though every Maskot model can press pomegranates.
What is the difference between household and commercial juicers?
Household models are lighter and more compact for home use. Commercial models have heavier bodies for continuous use in hotels, cafés and juice bars.
Materials and care
What are Maskot juicers made of?
Cast zinc alloy or aluminium bodies with chrome or coloured plating. All food-contact surfaces are 304 stainless steel.
Which finishes are available?
Chrome, gold, rose gold, sapphire, copper and coloured finishes.
Are the parts dishwasher safe?
Yes, the removable parts that touch fruit are dishwasher safe.
Does the juicer need to be fixed to the counter?
No. Juicers stand freely; only the industrial can opener is fixed to a surface.
Warranty and spare parts
How long is the warranty?
Five years: 2 years statutory plus 3 years from Maskot.
Are spare parts available?
Yes, for every part, including strainers, handles and bowls.
Do you offer repairs?
Yes, for units both in and out of warranty.
Orders and shipping
Do you ship individual orders internationally?
No. Outside Turkey we sell wholesale only.
How fast do orders ship within Turkey?
Domestic orders ship the same day.
Where can I buy a single unit in Turkey?
From the official Maskot online store maskotmeyvepresleri.com or the official Maskot stores on Trendyol and Hepsiburada.
Can I visit your showroom?
Yes. The showroom is at our factory in Bağcılar, Istanbul. Please call ahead.

Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum order on stock items.
Which countries do you export to?
More than 25 countries, including Russia, Germany, Italy, Greece, Iraq, Iran and Montenegro.

Do you offer private-label juicers?
Yes, we manufacture juicers under your brand.
What is the minimum for private label?
