A Maskot juicer is meant to be repaired, not replaced. When a part wears out, we supply the part.
5-year warranty
Every product has the 2-year statutory warranty plus 3 extra years from Maskot, 5 years in total. For a warranty claim, contact us with your invoice.
Spare parts
We supply spares for every part, including strainers, handles and bowls. Not sure which part you need? Send the product code and a photo and we’ll identify it.
Repair service
We repair units out of warranty too. For a busy commercial press, that is the cheapest way to keep it working.
Cleaning and setup
Removable food-contact parts are dishwasher safe. The juicers don’t need to be fixed to the counter; the industrial can opener is the only product that is.
