Pineapple Cutter

The Maskot pineapple cutter (PPI1-C3) replaces knife work with a single pull of the lever. The pineapple stands on the base and, as the lever comes down, a 95 mm stainless steel cutter separates the flesh from the skin. It needs no large machine or power supply, so it fits into hotel breakfast buffets, restaurant kitchens, shopping-centre stands and greengrocers' counters.

The frame follows the same cast-foot design as Maskot's juicers and is chrome plated, with a 304 stainless steel cutter. It is portable and among Maskot's best-selling products, and like the rest of the range it has a 5-year warranty.
